No, this is what you do when you live in the Pacific Northwest. That white stuff is moss killer. Moss is not our friend here, so we have to apply all sorts of nasty stuff to keep it from destroying roof shingles, sidewalk concrete, etc. One of the prices we pay for living in a super green place!
